Right of Way (RoW) Portal (https://row.assam.gov.in/):
Launched in 2020, the RoW Portal streamlines the process for telecommunications service providers (TSPs) and internet service providers (ISPs) to obtain necessary permissions for installing telecom infrastructure in both urban and rural areas.

- Creates a more favourable environment for TSPs and ISPs, encouraging investment in infrastructure development.
Adhaar based Authentication User Agency (AUA) Services
To increase access to Aadhaar services and its associated technology for real-time Aadhaar-based authentication services such as e-KYC verification, biometric, demographic/personal information verification that can be availed by requesting entities (government/public /private entities).
Benefits:
- Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): Aadhaar Verification
- E-KYC: Departments may use the e-KYC verification to facilitate services using Aadhaar.
- E-Signing: e-Sign facilities may be availed by the Departments.
- To provide authentication services from UIDAI CIDR through ASA (NPCI)
Sewa Setu Portal (https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in/site/):
The SEWA SETU Portal is created under the World Bank Financed Assam Citizen Centric Service Delivery Project of the Administrative Reforms and Training Department to allow citizens to apply for ARTPS notified services online and also to promote proactive disclosure related to citizens’ entitlements under the Act and procedures for accessing ARTPS services.
Some of the Key Features of the web portal are:

e-District Sugam (https://edistrict.assam.gov.in/eDistrict/):
The e-District project is aimed at delivering G2C service in all the existing 35 districts of the state. It will make Government Services accessible to the common man in his locality through Internet, Common Service Centres (Arunodoy CSCs) and Public Facilitation Centres (PFCs) at DC, SDO and Circle Offices. It is envisaged that electronic delivery of citizen centric services will ensure efficiency, transparency and reliability at affordable costs to the citizens. Front-ends under the project, in the form of Public Facilitation Centres (PFCs), are built at District, Sub-division and Circle levels. Village-level front-ends are established through Arunodoy Common Services Centres (CSCs) for delivery of services. Currently 23 services are being delivered through the Assam eDistrict project.

Assam State Data Centre (https://ditec.assam.gov.in/portlet-level-1/state-data-centre/):
Assam State Data Centre (SDC) was sanctioned by MeiTY, Government of India, to meet the hosting requirement of websites, applications and storing all the important data of Government of Assam. SDC became operational since February 2021. SDC is continuously providing services to more than 30 State Govt. Departments including major departments like Education Department, Finance Department, Transport Department, etc. Assam SDC project is being implemented by AMTRON as SIA under IT Department and DITEC. More than 700 Virtual Machines / Virtual Servers has been provided and 500 Websites / URL’s / Applications hosted till now.
